My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms didn't feel clean, with worn-out comforters and towels, likely due to the moisture from melting snow. However, the location was awesome, right in the heart of Big Bear Lake's downtown area. The service was exceptional, with multiple helpful visits from the staff. The dining options were decent, and the facilities were satisfactory.
Staying at this hotel during Christmas was like a dreamy experience in the heart of downtown Big Bear Village, especially enchanting at night. The rooms felt like home, incredibly cozy, and adorned with furniture and colors that I would love for my own place. They were indeed very cozy and welcoming.
